Payment & Cancellation Policy

Your place within an Inner Frontiers retreat is intentionally held. Our experiences are intimate, thoughtfully designed, and limited in capacity. This allows us to create depth, connection, and meaningful transformation for every participant.

💰 Securing Your Space

An approximately 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Your deposit is refundable in full if cancelled within 7 days of booking.

This deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to begin the work of preparing a carefully curated experience. A space is not held until the deposit is received.

📅 Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

Payment plans may be available upon request, but the full balance must still be received 60 days before the retreat begins.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy reflects both fairness and the realities of holding a small, intentional experience.

• 60 days or more before the retreat:
  
  Refund of payments made, minus the deposit
  
  

• 30 to 59 days before the retreat:
  
  50% of the total retreat cost is refundable.
  
  

• Less than 30 days before the retreat:
  
  No refunds will be issued
  
  

🔁 Transfers & Credit

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your spot to another participant (with approval), or
  

• Apply your payment as a credit toward a future Inner Frontiers retreat within 12 months
  
  

🌪️ Unexpected Circumstances

We encourage all participants to consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency.

In rare and serious situations, we may, at our discretion, offer partial credit or alternative arrangements. These decisions are made with care and on a case-by-case basis.
