Frequently Asked Questions

  • These retreats are for all women of any age (minimum age 21) who feel the pull for something more. Some arrive in seasons of transition, others simply want space to breathe, reflect, and experience the world in a deeper way. Many women come alone and leave with meaningful friendships.

  • Our retreats are designed to feel personal and connected, which is why we keep each group small, usually between 6-10 women, we strive for 8 members. This creates space for genuine relationships, deeper work, and a more immersive experience.

  • This is not just a vacation. Our retreats are intentionally curated experiences that blend meaningful travel, immersive experiential group process built on evidence based- trauma informed attachment theory. We are your guides and we take this responsibility seriously. The  places we go and the experiences we choose are designed to challenge you to dig deeper into your internal Inner Frontier of your identity, activate insight and healing, experience deep relational connection, spark curiosity, and invite growth that extends beyond the trip itself.

  • Because each retreat is intentionally designed as a complete experience, we ask that guests arrive on time and stay for the full duration. The journey is built around a thoughtful arc, with each day building on the last, and the depth of the experience depends on being fully present from beginning to end.

  • Yes—many women choose to extend their time in these beautiful places. While retreat dates are fixed, you’re welcome to arrive early or stay longer with your own arrangements. We’re always glad to offer guidance or suggestions.

  • Participation is never forced. Our retreats are meant to be experiential and the work is most powerful when you show up willingly, open and embodied. We ask that you come ready to engage with the process, take in what's offered and complete the reflective practices and homework that help the experience land deeply. Be yourself, but challenge yourself to be stretched and transformed.

  • Each day is intentionally designed to create a balance of reflection, connection, and experience. Mornings often begin with grounding practices, such as movement, journaling, or quiet reflection. That is followed-up by a group session that invites meaningful conversation and deeper personal work.

Afternoons invite immersive experiences unique to each setting—whether that’s exploring the landscape, engaging in creative or hands-on activities, or simply allowing space to rest and integrate. In the early evening, we come back together for a guided group session, deepening the theme introduced earlier in the day.

Evenings are typically slower and more intentional, often centered around shared meals, connection, and gentle closing practices.
